Lange war nicht viel vom ambitionierten Projekt der Surf-Fans rund um Heiko Heybey zu h\u00f6ren. Jetzt aber rollt die <a href=\"http:\/\/www.leinewelle.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Leinewelle<\/strong><\/a> wieder und es geht mit riesigen Schritten vorw\u00e4rts. Der Wasserrechtsantrag bei der Region wurde eingereicht.\u00a0 Im kommenden Monat wird er im Bezirksrat vorgestellt. Wir von camforpro sind begeistert &#8211; nicht zuletzt, da unser Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer Stephan einer der <strong>Botschafter<\/strong> f\u00fcr das Projekt ist.<\/em><\/p>\n<h4>City mit Surfparadies<\/h4>\n<p>Die stehende Welle soll sich nach neusten Pl\u00e4nen am Hohen Ufer in H\u00f6he des Flohmarktparkplatzes t\u00fcrmen. \u00c4hnlich wie die M\u00fcnchner Eisbachwelle an der Isar k\u00f6nnte das Projekt zu einem echten Sport- und Touristenmagneten avancieren. Attraktivit\u00e4tspunkte f\u00fcr Hannover inklusive. Die Leinewelle ist in Niedersachsen ein Projekt mit Pionier-Charakter und machte aufgrund der wasserrechtlichen Anforderungen die Beauftragung umfassender Gutachten erforderlich. Bedenken und Einw\u00e4nde wurden dabei intensiv gepr\u00fcft und in der weiteren Planung ber\u00fccksichtigt. Die Ergebnisse stimmen nun optimistisch f\u00fcr die Genehmigung der Leinewelle.<\/p>\n<h4>Welle der B\u00fcrokratie<\/h4>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-5620\" src=\"https:\/\/www.camforpro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/B\u00fcro.jpg\" alt=\"Die Arbeit an den Gutachten und Unterlagen f\u00fcr die Genehmigung der Leinewelle nimmt viel Zeit in Anspruch\" width=\"272\" height=\"272\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.camforpro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/B\u00fcro.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.camforpro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/B\u00fcro-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.camforpro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/B\u00fcro-480x480.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 272px) 100vw, 272px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Der Verein Leinewelle e.V. kann sich derzeit praktisch kein Szenario mehr ausmalen, welches das Projekt noch verhindern k\u00f6nnte. Auch Regionssprecher Abelmann gibt sich optimistisch, noch in diesem Jahr einen Beschluss vorzulegen. In Punkto Zeitabl\u00e4ufe hat man allerdings gelernt, dass sich nichts \u201e\u00fcber\u2019s Knie brechen\u201c l\u00e4sst.<\/p>\n<p>Der Wasserrechtsantrag war ein wichtiger Meilenstein im Genehmigungsprozess. Alleine die Erfassung zur Gew\u00e4sser\u00f6kologie und deren Auswertungen haben fast das ganze letzte Jahr in Anspruch genommen. Ein intensiver Dialog mit allen Akteuren ging damit einher.<\/p>\n<p>In Zusammenarbeit mit der Stadt geht es nun um die Ausarbeitung des Gestattungsvertrags f\u00fcr dieses einmalige Projekt \u2013 und das Surfparadies im Herzen von Hannover r\u00fcckt wieder ein St\u00fcckchen n\u00e4her. Wir k\u00f6nnen die grandiosen <strong>Bilder<\/strong> und <strong>Videos<\/strong> von und aus der <strong>Welle<\/strong> kaum erwarten!<\/p>\n<p><strong>NACHTRAG<\/strong>: Am 18.06.2018 hat der Bezirksrat Mitte dem Gestattungsvertrag zwischen der Stadt und dem Verein Leinewelle einm\u00fctig zugestimmt!
